How Does It Work?
1 First Trimester: Mom Table Talk
2 Second Trimester: Baby Feeding Basics
3 Third Trimester: Birth Planning
Pregnancy Club Members enjoy:

- One-on-one support with navigating resources, medical appointments, pregnancy support, and more!

First Trimester
Pregnancy Club members will attend one or more Mom Table Talks in their first trimester. Groups are held bi-weekly. You are welcome to attend them as often as you'd like during your pregnancy and throughout your mothering journey.
Mom Table Talks are laid-back groups where we discuss pregnancy, parenting, and life in general. Everyone is welcome- pregnant or not!

Second Trimester
Pregnancy Club members will attend one or more Baby Feeding Basics Groups during their second trimester. Groups are held monthly. You are welcome to attend as many as you would like during pregnancy and beyond! One-on-one Lactation support is also available.

Third Trimester
Qualifying members will come into our Schenectady office to pick out the Car Seat and Pack n Play you'd like, and it will be shipped to your home! We will also help you complete a Birth Plan during this visit so you are as prepared as possible for Labor and Delivery!
